(1) EPOXY FLOORING

One of the most well-known and often used floor covering resins is epoxy. Epoxy resin is a thermo-set material that delivers the performance and durability of resin flooring and is the ideal resin flooring option for electrical conductive flooring. It is perhaps the most well-known and often used type of industrial resin flooring.

This monolithic screeding cement mortar is based on epoxy resin and hardens by chemical reaction into a solid mass. Up to 90 Deg.C. temperatures have no effect on it.

Because of its exceptional chemical qualities and physical endurance, epoxy flooring material has been used to great benefit for rendering floors, foundations, channels, tanks, and other structures.

(2) EPOXY SELF LEVELING FLOORING

An epoxy floor coating called self-leveling epoxy can be used to coat concrete floors and produce a long-lasting, low-maintenance flooring surface.

To provide a smooth, seamless surface, self-leveling epoxy flooring can be put over old, cracked, and broken concrete floors. This is so that cracks or chips in concrete floors can be filled in during application of the epoxy.

Epoxy flooring with self-leveling capabilities can be employed in a variety of settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial ones.

Self-leveling epoxy flooring made up of three parts can be put to concrete floors that are either new or old.

Our skilled installers utilise specialised rollers to evenly apply the self-leveling epoxy solution.

After curing, this epoxy flooring system transforms into a smooth, long-lasting surface.

(3) POLYURETHANE FLOORING

A two-part solvent-based substance, PU Flooring Material.

It possesses tough-elastic and coloured self-smoothing qualities.

Flooring made of polyurethane resin offers great resistance to impact, abrasion, and the majority of chemicals. The greatest benefit of PU resin flooring is, however, that it can withstand high temperatures and direct heat.

It is perfect for bakeries where hot trolleys are let to stand and cool in front of ovens.

(4) UCRETE FLOORING

Heavy Duty polyurethane hybrid flooring system

The first polyurethane flooring option, UCRETE, offers a strong layer of defence for both fresh and pre-existing concrete surfaces.

With a larger resin content than the competition, UCRETE stands out since it doesn't require an additional sealer coat, which over time can wear away and leave a floor porous and vulnerable.

It is utilised as a better alternative to coatings, acid brick, and quarry tile. UCRETE outperforms conventional epoxy flooring surfaces in terms of impact resistance from heavy traffic and capacity to handle thermal shock. It also offers unparalleled resistance to physical abuse, dampness, a wide range of hostile chemicals, and bacterial development. With years of practise, the technology and the application method have been refined.
